Meanwhile, a visit to Dhamra Port took place from 17 Sep to 19 Sep 2024. The APSEZ – Business Excellence team, which was aimed to assess the progress of the Six Sigma Green Belt projects initiated at the Dhamra port.

Several projects have been heading towards critical milestones, with measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost reduction. Training programmes have been effectively conducted, resulting in a well-informed and motivated workforce ready to implement Six Sigma methodologies.
