With an aim to raise awareness and fortify security practices within the aviation community and among passengers, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) proudly organised Aviation Security Culture Week from 5 Aug to 11 Aug 2024 at its airports.
Embracing the theme 'Enhancing Passenger Security through Effective Divestment', this week-long celebration was organised at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (Ahmedabad), Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (Lucknow), Mangaluru International Airport, Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, Jaipur International Airport and Thiruvananthapuram International Airport. Throughout the week, all the airports demonstrated its unparalleled commitment to security and passenger safety.

The week was packed with engaging and innovative activities. The events fostered a deeper understanding of security protocols among non-security personnel and passengers alike. Throughout the week, a series of events were organised to promote the importance of effective divestment at security checkpoints. These activities included a marathon, band displays, quiz competitions and painting contests, each designed to educate and involve participants in aviation security practices. Passenger selfie booths, awareness initiatives, and entertaining passenger skits were organised reinforcing the airports’ dedication to security culture.
