Mangaluru International Airport has once again proven its commitment to operational excellence, earning the prestigious International Safety Award 2025 – Distinction Category from the British Safety Council. Scoring an impressive 51 out of 55, the airport has been ranked among 117 Indian sites across industries to be recognised in the highest category of distinction.
Presented annually by the British Safety Council, the International Safety Awards celebrate organisations around the world that demonstrate unwavering dedication to maintaining high standards in health and safety. This recognition is a testament to Mangaluru International Airport’s steadfast efforts in ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless experience for passengers, employees, and stakeholders alike.
But the accolades don’t stop there. In a further honour, the airport has also been named Sector Best in Transportation/Logistics under the India Auto Entry section – a category that recognises excellence in the transportation and logistics industries. This dual recognition reaffirms the airport’s reputation as a trailblazer in both safety and operational integrity.
