SammAAAn: Adani Cement Honours Those Who Built Its Legacy

744 long-serving colleagues celebrated across plants and offices, as Adani Cement's Long Service Awards salute decades of dedication, ownership and family support.
Recognising decades of dedication and perseverance, Adani Cement on 21 August 2026 honoured 744 employees for their long-standing association with the company. The SammAAAn – One People, One Pride ceremony turned into a tribute to those whose commitment has shaped the organisation’s journey.
The annual event was not about business milestones or capacity additions. Instead, it celebrated togetherness and loyalty. Themed Saat Suron Ka Sangam and rooted in the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, it brought together nearly 7,000 employees and families from diverse functions, locations and generations. Director Karan Adani joined colleagues and their families for the occasion.

CEO Vinod Bahety grouped honourees as Achievers (10 years), Leaders (15 years), Masters (20 years) and Legends (25 years). He noted that the 25-year Legends have lived through 25 monsoons and 100 quarters of change, remaining steadfast in their commitment and continuing to mentor and inspire generations.
The event also highlighted Adani Cement’s PEPP philosophy — Professional Entrepreneurship & People Partnership — which encourages employees to think like owners and create value beyond their roles. Families and retired veterans were honoured for their support and wisdom.
Drawing on verses of Dr Harivansh Rai Bachchan, recently invoked by Chairman Gautam Adani, the evening underscored resilience and resolve. As Adani Cement charts its next phase of growth, the company said SammAAAn reaffirmed that while assets build a business, it is people who build enduring institutions.
