Adani Group's Vande Bharatam crowns next gen entrepreneurs.
India's next generation of entrepreneurial talent took centre stage as ten innovators, chosen from the length and breadth of India, were selected as the Vande Bharatam awardees by Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani at the Vande Bharatam grand finale in Ahmedabad.
"Vande Bharatam has shown that India's entrepreneurial talent is far deeper and more diverse than is often imagined," Mr Adani said. "The courage to identify real problems and build purposeful solutions has been demonstrated by these innovators. It is our hope that this platform will provide them with the encouragement, access, and opportunity to take their ideas further and create an impact that extends well beyond this programme,” he added.
Vande Bharatam is India’s largest grassroots innovation movement, promising to write the nation’s next growth chapter. The brainchild of Mr Adani, the programme was launched on June 24 to mark his 64th birthday, drawing overwhelming participation from over 27,000 brilliant innovators.
Fifty-five outstanding innovators from the participants gathered for an intensive boot camp at the Belvedere Golf & Country Club, Ahmedabad where they spent a week being mentored, tested, and refined by more than 20 founders and CEOs from leading Indian startups. Through successive evaluation rounds and deep-dive interactions, these participants sharpened their ideas before the final ten were honoured with the prestigious Vande Bharatam Trophy.

The grand finale, held in Ahmedabad, brought together Adani Group CEOs, mentors, and participants. Mr Adani also visited the Vande Bharatam Experience Centre to interact personally with the innovators, learning firsthand about their journeys and groundbreaking solutions.
Actor Rajeev Khandelwal served as the host and ambassador for the initiative, helping to widen its reach and spotlight the country's rising creators. The cohort’s diverse ideas spanned mobility, sustainability, technology, agriculture, defence, healthcare, manufacturing, and education—perfectly reflecting the immense scale of grassroots innovation the programme set out to uncover.
With this maiden cohort now completed, Vande Bharatam is preparing to build a broader national platform to discover and support transformative ideas from every corner of Bharat.
